Alarm specials include the following:
  • Supply and installation of products detailed above subject to the conditions below.
  • Programming and commisioning including client training in the use of the system and associated applications as required.
  • If optional monitoring via our 24hr control room, commisioning to our control room including all zone report testing and customer master file for clients records
  • If optional monitoring via GSM/IP module, commisioning to customers mobile phone, installation of phone application and client training.
  • Supply of product manuals in either hard or softcopy.
CCTV specials include the following:
  • Supply and installation of products detailed above subject to the conditions below.
  • Connection of the NVR to the customer’s network. (Client to provide an active internet connection for remote viewing)
  • Perform programming for remote viewing by either P2P/cloud account or port forwarding using clients static IP address.
  • Programming and commisioning including client training in the use of the system and associated applications as required.
  • Installation of software on customers PC running windows V7 or higher or Mac and comision NVR and cameras to software.
  • Installation of application on customer’s smart phone/tablet and provide training.
  • Supply of product manuals in either hard or softcopy.
All specials subject to the following conditions:
  • Installation for residential/small commercial premises that consist of a single building only. Large commercial/industrial premises additional pricing will apply and a quotation will be provided detailing works to be undertaken.
  • All cabling to be contained within ceiling/roof space with any surface cabling or conduit pathways at an additional price.
  • Pricing is for hardwired cameras attached to the premises main structure.
  • No allowance is made for trenching including cable pathways underground and/or an elevated work platform (EWP)
  • No allowance is made for a GPO (general power outlet) to power either the alarm or CCTV systems.
  • In the event the customer does not have a local area network (LAN) a monitor will be required to view and manage the CCTV system.
